Life long resident of Western PA. I attended Slippery Rock High School and graduated from IUP in 2001. My career in Credit Card Processing started in 2006 with a small company called Discount Payment Processing. My honest and respectful approach, combined with extremely competititve pricing allowed me to grow a portfolio of over 500 clients, most of them local businesses.
I personally meet with each potential client to review their needs and their current pricing and offer solutions that save money and increase efficiency.
Once the decision has been made to move forward, I work with each client to complete the necessary paperwork required by underwriters. Approvals take 24-48 hours once all paperwork has been completed.
After accounts have been approved, I schedule a convenient time to personally download existing equipment or install new terminals. I also provide a quick training for all employees.
